The Office of the University President serves as the Chief Executive Office of the institution. Its primary mandate is to provide overall leadership, strategic direction, and governance to ensure the university fulfills its vision and mission. The President acts as the primary link between the University and the Board of Regents (BOR), ensuring that all policies, administrative directives, and academic standards are executed in accordance with the law and the institution's charter.
